Ingredients
- 2 pieces of Whole-Wheat Toast
Note: I encourage you to use Ezekiel bread. It is classified as the healthiest bread out there and it is super yummy!
- 1 Avocado
- 8 grape Tomatoes
- 1-2 Sprigs of Rosemary
- 1-2 TBSP Sriracha
- 2 TBSP Mustard
Directions
Toast 2 pieces of toast until lightly browned.
While toast is toasting, cut up 1 avocado (slicing each avocado in half and then longways into 8 strips), dice 8 grape tomatoes (slicing them width-wise into 3-4 pieces each), and finely dice 1-2 sprigs of rosemary (removing the stem and finely dicing the leaves).
Remove toast from the toaster and add 1 TBSP mustard on each piece of toast.
Add diced avocado and tomatoes on top.
Drizzle 1/2 - 1 TBSP of Sriracha on top of each piece of toast.
Sprinkle rosemary across each piece, as much as desired.
Serve and enjoy.

Note from Author:
I highly recommend making this for breakfast if you are a spicy food lover. If you aren't, I suggest replacing the mustard with garlic aioli and then sprinkling fresh lemon juice across the top, instead of the sriracha.
