Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:


●  10 Persian cucumbers

●  1 TSP Salt

●  1 TBSP Sesame Oil

●  1.5 TBSP Light Soy Sauce

●  1-2 TBSP Sugar

●  1.5 TBSP Rice Vinegar

●  2 TBSP Chili Oil

●  1 TBSP Sesame Seeds

●  1 TBSP Garlic minced (optional)

●  1 TBSP Chili Flakes (optional)



Instructions


1. Cut cucumbers, salt, and set in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes to draw out water.


2. Remove from the refrigerator and drain out any water.


3. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, chili oil, sesame seeds, chili flakes, and garlic.


4. Serve!
