Directions (applied to each bowl)

  1. Blend base ingredients together. The base should come out to a thick consistency.

  2. Pour the base into a medium-sized bowl and top with smoothie bowl toppings. Amount used is your choice.

  3. Serve and enjoy!

1 packet frozen dragon fruit

1 frozen banana

1 cup mango

Plant milk to blend (just enough to blend smoothly to a thick consistency)
